CTSiteFlow ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design service operated by Frank, Dillon, and Justin, based in Shelton, Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ctsiteflow.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Calendly. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling information directly. Their privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy.
Automatic data. Like most websites, our server logs basic technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only for security and to understand general traffic patterns.
We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any automated decision-making.
Form submissions are emailed to us and logged in a secure file on our hosting server (Hostinger). We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your inquiry, and delete them when they are no longer relevant.

We use sessionStorage (a temporary browser feature, not a cookie) to remember things like whether you've dismissed the notification toast during your visit.
